Welcome to Boycott the Bulge

Well, if you are here I'm guessing you - like most of us - are trying to find a way to trim down or keep trim. It's a known fact that doing nothing will result in nothing getting done, and ultimately a little bloat - for some maybe more. I tend to think of these pages as a site for people who are into exercising, like the concept of working out at least a little and like to see results. We're not predominately muscle heads on this sites, but muscle heads will show up here and they are welcome.

You see, there are at least two ways to address weight loss: 1) wait until it gets too bad, or you get too heavy; 2) prevent the heavy from happening. This site focuses on the latter. For all of the people who put it out there every day, jump on a treadmill, ride a bike, etc., this is the site for you. Sure, it's work, but what worth having is not worth a little work.

We hope that you enjoy the items on these pages - articles from different places and authors, ideas, concepts and general good sense. And, of course, we hope you will contribute or comment where you see fit. We count on that.
