What is a good Diet Plan if i want to lose 10 pounds in 2 months?
Im 14 years old
I go to the gym six days a week
i do 30 minutes of cardio (running, jogging)
i do situps and crunces, like about 30 a day
what is a Good Diet plan to go with this?
Try a calorie shifting diet, which works by getting you to eat the right food at specific times of the day. Then by rotating it so that your metabolism never gets used to any routine.
It may be hard to get yourself to carry out the Calorie Shifting method because you will need to create an expert menu.
